Who is responsible for your data
LLM Forge("we") is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact llmforge-support@agentmail.to.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address — to create your account and send sign-in links. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- Course progress (which lessons you completed, quiz attempts and scores) — so the course remembers where you are. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- Subscription status (plan, status, renewal date, and your Stripe customer identifier) — to give you access to what you paid for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- Analytics (pages viewed, checkout events) — only if you accept analytics cookies. Lawful basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We never receive or store your card details. Card data is entered directly into Stripe's payment form and is processed by Stripe.
Who processes it
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, invoices and tax. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment data; see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
- Google (Tag Manager / Analytics / Ads) — usage analytics and advertising conversion measurement, loaded only after you consent.
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you press "Accept" on the consent banner; until then they are blocked by Google Consent Mode. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
How long we keep it
Account and progress data are kept while your account exists, and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it. Records of payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally ten years).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You may also withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Email llmforge-support@agentmail.to and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
